Synopsis
Through her kindness, zest for life, and love of music, Maria brings a new sense of joy to the household and eventually falls in love with the Captain.
As the Nazi regime begins its rise to power, the family faces difficult choices and challenges.
The musical is renowned for its beloved songs, including Edelweiss, My Favorite Things, and Climb Ev’ry Mountain, and its uplifting story of love, music, and resilience.
